- I understand that this agreement constitutes a fixed-term lease.
- I have reviewed the rental terms and conditions with my parent/guardian/sponsor/bursar, and we jointly acknowledge that the rental amount is financially affordable.
- By completing and submitting the application form, I confirm my acceptance of these terms.
